AVC CLE 17 Red
This team has terrific depth in their offense with some high profile primary arms that can score with authority. [player_tooltip player_id='169100' first='Emma' last='McCartney'] (Northern Illinois) is dynamic in her contributions at the net while [player_tooltip player_id='139300' first='Alexa' last='Strandberg'] (South Alabama) is an attacker that can get up and over the defense with her length. [player_tooltip player_id='114595' first='Julia' last='Sprecher'] (LSU Beach) has great tools to contribute in different phases of the game while Sam Young (Ashland) and [player_tooltip player_id='139302' first='Sydney' last='Waller'] (Samford) increase the range of offensive options this team can develop when they are on the floor. Waller makes a big impact on the right side. [player_tooltip player_id='198487' first='Natalie' last='Robinson'] (Rutgers) has the best length at 6'4 and does well in the middle on both sides of the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='239171' first='Laura' last='Fuehrer'] (UMBC) and [player_tooltip player_id='114591' first='Emily' last='Ragon'] round out the middles, both capable of scoring through quick options around the setter. [player_tooltip player_id='169128' first='Hannah' last='Pattie'] (Campbell) is a true competitor and her joining this team this season has made an incredible difference in the quality of their offense. Avery Anders (Bowling Green) is the libero for this team and one of the best in Ohio in this class. Her presence is noticeable in her ability to make big plays for this offense to be able to capitalize on the range of options they have available. They begin the event seeded #4 in Power Pool A. With their open-level qualifying success in Chicago, a 7-2 record at the JVA World Challenge, and their most recent undefeated run to win at the Nike Open, they are one to watch among the power pools that could sneak a podium finish if their pieces are performing well together.

Tri-State 17 Blue
Kiana Dinn (Pittsburgh) is a talented multi-threat athlete for this team with some of the best athleticism in the greater Cincy area. She can set, defend, as well as elevate and hammer the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='114599' first='Reese' last='Wuebker'] (Ohio State) has a big arm as she can elevate and swing with relentless effort to put a lot of pressure on the defense to have to make a big play against her. [player_tooltip player_id='114600' first='Faith' last='Young'] (Western Kentucky) is their primary point scoring middle and does a good job with her arm control to move the ball around and hit with big pace. [player_tooltip player_id='114574' first='Maria' last='Drapp'] (Bradley) has been setting this squad for multiple seasons and provides good location for all of her attackers to be able to find success. [player_tooltip player_id='139276' first='Sophia' last='Adkins'] (Providence) adds good depth at the pins as does [player_tooltip player_id='114568' first='Addy' last='Brus'] (St. Louis), who along with Wuebker is part of the 10' touch club although neither is taller than 5'10. [player_tooltip player_id='114590' first='Kelsey' last='Niesen'] (Xavier) has played libero for the majority of the season and has good length in that role at 5'9. Solid defense and ball control support also comes from Alexis Woolf (Eastern Kentucky) and [player_tooltip player_id='114578' first='Dakota' last='Henry']. They open play as the #2 seed in Power Pool B.

[program_tooltip program_id='431827' first='[program_tooltip program_id='431827' first='Elevation' last='']' last=''] 17 Ulland
[player_tooltip player_id='114584' first='Elise' last='Marchal'] (Appalachian State) carries a huge load for this team but little slows her down as she can produce at a high rate over a two or three day event. She can score from all locations on the net as she has a high touch point and range with a lot of pace upon contact. [player_tooltip player_id='114567' first='Lily' last='Bolen'], a recent commit to Rutgers, is the primary setter for this group and has a good relationship with Marchal to get her high quality opportunities in various ways. [player_tooltip player_id='152117' first='Mialee' last='Dabbelt'] is the other primary arm for this team that they look to for consistent point scoring. Since jumping to the top team in her age group this season, she has displayed her physical and skill set gains well to be an impact athlete. She is committed to Belmont. [player_tooltip player_id='239172' first='Kate' last='Noschang'] and Tamia King have the ability to make quality contributions in the middle, as [player_tooltip player_id='196364' first='Dakota' last='Spurrier'] and [player_tooltip player_id='114597' first='Mya' last='White'] contribute at the pins. [player_tooltip player_id='139277' first='Payton' last='Evans'] and [player_tooltip player_id='114570' first='Kenzie' last='Cogan'] (Illinois) lead their effort in the passing and defensive phases in the back row. They are the #3 seed in Power Pool B.
