Prep Dig Stock Up In Wisconsin Just Around The Corner
Again this year, Prep Dig is looking to get out across the country and pull in some of the best talent for our annual Prep Dig Stock Up Showcase Series. This year we have 11 events across the country from Texas to Michigan, and from Oregon to Indiana with the purpose of shining a spot light on those volleyball prospects who are ready to take their game to the next level. With only a few weeks left until the Stock Up Showcases begin, we wanted to let you know a little more about them.
The Stock Up Showcase allows you to represent yourself against your peers in front of Prep Dig scouts
During the high school season, players don’t have control over the schedule. Whatever size high school you go to, whatever geography you live in, whatever your team decides, that’s who you are going to play in front of within the context of the team. The Stock Up Showcase is an opportunity for players to represent themselves. What parts of your game are your strengths? How good are you at adapting to playing with a new collection of teammates? That, and more will be on display in the Stock Up Showcase.
The Stock Up Showcase provides a comprehensive coverage experience
There will be extensive coverage and assessment of individual players by Prep Dig evaluators and writers. Articles will be posted to Prep Dig following each event, where more than 100 colleges subscribe and consume our content on a regular basis. In addition to written coverage, the Stock Up Showcase will give players a chance to be highlighted on social media as a top performer, or in a tweet from our scouts. Players also each receive a professional headshot from the event and the event will be streamed live and available for replay via BallerTV.
The Stock Up Showcase provides unparalleled visibility and exposure
There will be extensive coverage and assessment of individual players by Prep Dig evaluators and writers. With D1 viewing days now so limited this kind of media coverage is more important than ever. Prep Dig has more than 100 colleges that subscribe and our writers are in constant conversation with coaches about players. In addition, the Top 250 will be streamed live and available for replay via BallerTV. Due to COVID-19, the ONLY spectators we are allowing are scouts and college coaches. Players will receive unparalleled exposure while also playing in an event where strict safety precautions will be met.
There are no restrictions on D3, NAIA, and JUCO coaches and there will be plenty on hand. The event is attractive to them because, unlike AAU events, there is no charge for attendance or information. The company’s goal has always been to maximize exposure for players, not make money off coaches. “All coaches have to do is RSVP in advance,” Carroll said, “and they get the college packet for all of the athletes including academic and contact information.”
