She is a capable offensive threat, which makes her a well-rounded prospect with a deep skill set. As a libero, she has some of the best range and she reads and reacts well on the defensive side. During the 2022 high school season she was Oletangy Orange's most complete player as she was second on the team at 2.7 k/s while also picking up over 12 digs per match. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='232843' first='Mary' last='Flanagan']</strong><br>The 6'0 Flanagan is a key member returning for tradition-rich Magnificat as she helped guide the team to the state title match in 2022 in which she had 14 kills. As a lefty, she brings a coveted skill set as a hitter on the right pin with her ability to swing well through multiple attack points and with good movement upon contact. She can also score effectively on the left side if needed. She recently added to her experience as a big part of Southwest's effort over the club season often showing improved consistency in high contact point ability combined with big pace. In 2022 she averaged 3.0 k/s and was second defensively for Magnificat with 49 total blocks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='223241' first='Lexi' last='Grissett']</strong><br>Grissett is a gamer. From the high school season in 2022 through her recent club effort with Mintonette m.72, she displayed well her competitiveness and solid two-way skills as an offensive threat with her arm and her ability to distribute the offense as a setter. The 5'10 Ohio commit gets after it as she plays with a lot of intention and confidence in her movement and in taking advantage of her opportunities to contribute for her team. She led Alexander in 2022 sith 5.1 k/s while also dishing over 200 assists. As a setter, she has great mechanics in her footwork, contact point, and tempo when in the pocket and on the move. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='114583' first='Alli' last='Kirch']</strong><br>Kirch has one of the heaviest arms in the greater Cincy area and is relentlessly aggressive with her opportunities to swing and score. She helped guide her [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'] throughout a very competitive club season following a big high school effort for Seton as one of the best offensive threats in the tough GGCL in which she finished second in the league in total kills with 327. She is the top returning point scorer in the league and is poised to help guide a well-rounded Seton team to a big run to the postseason in 2023. The 6'1 Kirch is committed to Lake Erie.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='139290' first='Ava' last='Prince']</strong><br>The St. Francis commit is a 5'10 setter out of Miami East with nearly 500 total assists over the most recent 2022 high school season. As a floor leader for Elite VBTC's top 17U team the past several months, she displayed well the improved quality of her distribution involving some of Ohio's top attackers and a tempo that proved tough to defend when in system. She is an aggressive and assertive distributor with good mechanics and footwork as well as the ability to consistently find good point scoring opportunities for her offense. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
