Alaina brought undeniable fire and intensity during her session. From the warm-up drill in queens, she immediately stood out, earning a spot on my watchlist. Her competitive spirit and constant hustle were evident in every play. Alaina’s approach at the net was strong and precise, paired with a smooth, long arm swing that delivered powerful hits. Ok, so Johnston might not be a new name but she has certainly been working her way up the ranks with a lot of hard work. She can pound the ball and destroy every possible shot in the book. I really enjoy watching Johnston play and I look forward to see where she lands this club season.

Johnston is the definition of a spitfire. Everything she does on the court is 100% effort. Johnston can do just about anything and has a solid all-around game. She has a heavy arm and can terminate using her athleticism and jumping ability.

Johnston is a young outside that is quickly figuring out how to be an effective scorer. I haven’t seen her play in person yet but each video I’ve seen she appears to be getting more and more confident. I’m really looking forward to seeing how she attacks the tough competition this weekend.
