Here’s another can’t-miss athlete who can be a lethal scorer or help others do the scoring. Pick’s primary objective with Ponca has been to rack up kills on the left side, and she has consistently met that expectation. This high-flying athlete racked up triple-digit kill totals in each of her first two years with the Indians, but that’s not all Pick is known for. She also has unusually smooth hands for a frontcourt attacker, giving Ponca an additional option at the setter spot if needed. Her rise continues in the northeast Nebraska prep scene.

This isn’t our first shoutout to Ponca High School, so the future looks bright for the Indians. Pick approached two kills per set in her debut prep season and was an effective terminator in team drills. The 2027 outside hitter will hop over to MVP United for the 2024 club season, and we’ve previously discussed how strong this club has looked in some of the younger age groups. Pick ought to keep that momentum going.
