Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have good leadership qualities and am confident of myself. I am able to keep a calm and level head whenever I am in situations of stress. I am an extremely determined person. No matter what, I will push through limitations and adversity to try and get what I want, and what is best for myself and those around me. I have a quick wit and love to laugh about everything under the sun.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have played club volleyball for 6 years and am currently playing at Empowered Sport Club in Huntertown, Indiana. I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and I volunteer at my local church.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Trust and respect are two of my developmental qualities. Both help me to express my feelings in a functional and helpful way. Communication and adaptability are skills that have developed my leadership and teamwork.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Overcoming personal limitations was a challenge. However, by setting goals, seeking guidance from coaches, and putting in consistent effort, I was able to conquer that challenge and achieve my personal triumphs.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a chance to be a leader and to pursue that opportunity beginning in my first year. Being able to plant my foundation in an environment that has a range of experiences to broaden my knowledge and perspective is important to me.
