She also plays solid defense and is one of the best serve receivers on her club team. Her all-around skill earns her a top spot in the 2027 class. Bayley plays for Colorado Elite.

Bayley plays very relaxed, which helps keep her teammates calm in stressful situations. If she could get a little stronger to put more heat on the ball, she could become a solid candidate to play at the next level.
