I picked Pelzman as a top performer on day 1 as I thought she was one of the best 16u Liberos on the courts. I had no idea she was actually a 2028, playing up an age division! Pelzman is a libero that owns the back court. She is constantly communicating seams, shots, and encouraging her teammates. I was super impressed with her serve receive skills and her ability to pass effectively off her midline. She was also solid in digging and block coverage. She was able to recycle many balls for second chance options. Pelzman is a stud already; I can’t wait to see how much she grows in the next couple of years.
