Class of 2024 State Ranking New Additions Vol 1

We have added 20 new players in this update and tons have made some serious moves bettering their stock.&nbsp; We have been watching the 2024 class very closely throughout the entire high school and club season. &nbsp;A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles.&nbsp; We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects.&nbsp; The following players showed us all that they deserved to be listed in the rankings due to their individual performances.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='447604' first='Naomi' last='Watson'] [2024] 6-1 Middle (HS: Sacred Heart Prep/Club: Vision/Verbal: Boston College)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please officially welcome Miss Watson to the State Rankings.&nbsp; She is currently ranked as the 27^th best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.&nbsp; She plays at Sacred Heart Prep High School and for the Vision volleyball club program.&nbsp; Naomi is a wonderfully skilled attacker and blocker out of the middle for every program she plays for.&nbsp; She is blessed with a great strong frame and speed in her footwork.&nbsp; She is a prototypical middle who is a threat to score at a very fast tempo.&nbsp; Her reach is extremely high and better yet she contacts the ball at the peak of her reach.&nbsp; This is going to make her an impact player at the next level.&nbsp; Although only a senior, she plays like a seasoned veteran of college ball.&nbsp; Her heels do not hit the ground while she drives hard toward her setter making her super fast with her approach for zero tempo sets.&nbsp; I love how she understands true timing principles for each tempo.&nbsp; A lot of younger middles should watch her for understanding when to leave for each set location.&nbsp; We are very proud to have her listed on our prestigious State Rankings list.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate her on her achievement of being listed amongst the great players of this state.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='536127' first='Ruby' last='Flath'] [2024] 6-4 Outside (HS: Castilleja/Club: Vision/Verbal: Tufts University)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please officially welcome Miss Flath to the State Rankings.&nbsp; She is currently ranked as the 31^st best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.&nbsp; She plays at Castilleja High School and for the Vision volleyball club program.&nbsp; While most taller players have a hard time keeping their balance and staying strong during an athletic act, Miss Flath does not.&nbsp; She shows amazing athleticism while attacking on either pin.&nbsp; I especially love seeing her adjust her upper body when attacking on the right side.&nbsp; She stays patient and keeps her shoulders straight in order to be able to hit both line and angle with power.&nbsp; As a blocker she is a formidable one on the right side against opponents' best attackers.&nbsp; One of the best things about this young lady has to be her mind.&nbsp; She is a very smart student with a very high volleyball IQ who can outthink her opponents.&nbsp; She knows exactly what she wants to do with her life and is setting out on a great path to do it.&nbsp; We are very happy to have her listed on our site.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our prestigious State Rankings.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='536129' first='Paulina' last='Baillie'] [2024] 5-6 Libero (HS: Sage Creek/Club: Coast/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please officially welcome Miss Baillie to the State Rankings.&nbsp; She is currently ranked as the 33^rd best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.&nbsp; She stars on the volleyball court at Sage Creek High School and also at the famed Coast volleyball club program. &nbsp;Paulina is a two-sport star who also shines bright on the sand as she plays beach volleyball at a high level as well.&nbsp; She is so well respected by her coaching staff and peers that she was named captain of her high school squad, which is a huge honor.&nbsp; I have witnessed her genius on the sport court during club tournaments for the past three years as she has put on ball control clinics for everyone in attendance.&nbsp; Due to her ability to play in the sand, which helps every aspect of ball control, she is a master at everything.&nbsp; Miss Baillie has been on my watch list for quite some time and we have written a few articles on her over the years but nothing brings me greater pleasure than to have her listed as a state ranked player.&nbsp;
