Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
My style of play is confident, aggressive, and loud. I'm the teammate you hear calling out every play and cheering at the top of my lungs. Whether making a dig or passing a serve, I fully commit to whatever ball I will pass.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
My game mentality is that no matter the score, you play like it's set point. You lay it all out on the court. Off the court, my personality is bold and energetic.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
All A Honor Roll Freshman and Sophomore Year
2024-2025 taking AP World History and Dual Credit
94th percentile of all test takers on the Reading and Writing Section of the PSAT
92nd percentile of all test takers of the PSAT
2024-2025 Accepted into Bastrop HS Chapter of National Honor Society
2025-2026 Taking AP Biology, AP Physics, AP Precal, Dual Credit U.S History, and Dual Credit English
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Volleyball has developed me into someone I'm proud of. I've developed leadership skills, grit, and the ability to fight in the face of adversity. I likely would have never learned these qualities had I not become a volleyball player.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
After my regional club satellite team was disbanded, I tried out for a different club in 15s and 16s, but didn't make the cut for either, despite giving it my all. I was devastated, and my confidence was shattered. A friend told me about Texas Fury's 15s tryouts the next day. Despite initial hesitation, I tried out. I ended up making 15-1! This taught me the value of perseverance.
What type of college are you looking for?
Athletically, I would like to play for a college that challenges me every day both mentally and physically, and I'll have to work to keep my spot on the daily. Academically, I would like a college with quality STEM programs since my desired major falls into STEM.
