Digging a little deeper into our rankings, we're finding more and more athletes that are turning heads and ramping up their play going into the end of the club season. Here are five pin attackers from five different clubs around the state that are making waves as we enter "nationals season".

[player_tooltip player_id='443866' first='Callie' last='Gibson'], 5-10 OH, Brownsburg, Circle City

Already mentioned by Volleyball Magazine for her play back in April, Callie is a heavy-armed left side that hammers away at unsuspecting blocks and defenses regularly. She hasn't slowed down at all after earning that Open bid to Vegas---every time I see her, she seemingly gets stronger and more athletic.

[player_tooltip player_id='443859' first='Kaitlyn' last='Cooney'], 5-5 OH, Westfield, Munciana

Small but mighty, Kaitlyn is a consistent and effective ball-control outside that is more known for her exceptional beach game. I'm looking forward to what she can do in summer league and her effectiveness against other varsity programs bigger and older than her, but for now, she can hammer away at undisciplined blocks with her solid Munciana training.

[player_tooltip player_id='435862' first='Jada' last='Cripe'], 5-7 OH, South Newton, Boiler Juniors

Part of an entire family of volleyball studs, Jada is yet another in a long bloodline of primary-passing outsides that hit a heavy ball and plays with an intelligence that not many in this age group possess. Relentless in her attack, she hits high and hard with the best of them, all while taking what the defense is giving her.

[player_tooltip player_id='435858' first='Ella' last='Mensch'], 5-11 RS, Heritage Christian, Rev

One of the taller pins in this class, Ella has long arms to help her maximize her attack point. Although she spends most of her time on the right pin because of that length, she could easily play either pin at the next level. I'm also a fan of her net defense, as she penetrates well with strong hands and shoulders.

[player_tooltip player_id='448138' first='Luca' last='Bombacino'], 6-0 OH, Chesterton, Michio Chicago

Easily the best volleyball name in this (or any) class, Luca bombs away with her exceptional attack height with pace. She certainly doesn't play like a freshman, and her maturity shows with the array of shots that she can hit. I'd like to see her on floor defense and serve receive some more as she ages, but for now, her attack is definitely what got her this far.
