About Aubrey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a very aggressive Libero defensively. With my size and my hustle I get more balls up than most Liberos.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a younger athlete I played travel softball as a SS and leadoff hitter. I had a lot of fun traveling and playing at a high level. I was a quiet kid on and off the field. I started playing volleyball in 8th grade and gravitated towards Libero. I learned to become more vocal. Now I am a vocal leader on the court and that has carried over into my personal life and helped me become more outgoing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I help with some groups at my church and do things like ring the bell for the Salvation army during the holidays.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My leadership skills have developed the most through my time in club and high school volleyball. As a Libero I was forced to improve my communication and that has helped me so much.

What type of college are you looking for?

My ultimate goal is to play in the NCAA tournament. I am looking for a college that can provide an exciting collegiate experience, while setting me up with a good education to get me ahead in life.
