Five Impressive 2026 Hitters from the SoCal Stockup Showcase

<p>The recent Prepdig Stockup Showcase in Southern California featured a very talented group of sophomores, juniors, and seniors. High-level play and fast-paced drills provided the girls with various opportunities to showcase their skills for college coaches and Prepdig scouts. Each player had the chance to demonstrate their unique strengths, from powerful serves and spikes to strategic defensive plays and teamwork.</p>   <p>Among the many talented players in attendance, certain individuals truly distinguished themselves during the showcase. Here are PrepDig Nevada's selections for the <strong>top-performing 2026 pins </strong>from the showcase. These standout athletes demonstrated exceptional ability and promise, making them ones to watch as they continue to develop their volleyball careers.</p>    <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2024/07/IMG_2217.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-579229" /></figure>   <p class="text-gray-700">Jordyn is an exceptionally powerful pin hitter with an impressive vertical leap. She excels in both outside and opposite positions, consistently performing as a high level pin. Throughout the showcase, she dominated at the net with her explosive play, skillfully hitting around or over the block. Overpasses are no match for her, as she consistently capitalizes on them with precision and power. From the moment she stepped onto the court, Jordyn stood out as one of the top hitters amongst a highly talented group, showcasing her remarkable abilities and athleticism. There's no doubt her stock went up after this showcase. </p>     <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2024/07/IMG_2219_402c82.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-579776" /></figure>   <p>It didn't take long for me to recognize Mya as a standout among her peers. The first time I saw her was during hitting drills, where her high vertical leap and powerful swing immediately caught my attention. This translated seamlessly into game-play, where she consistently dominated on the right side. Beyond her powerful attacks, Mya demonstrated great decision-making during six-on-six scrimmages, cleverly mixing up her shots to keep the defense off balance. Watching her play was truly exciting, and I have no doubt that she will be a tremendous asset to any college team.</p>     <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2024/07/IMG_2214.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-579227" /></figure>   <p>Addison was one of the few left-handed players at the event, a distinction that made her stand out. Her precision on the right side of the court was remarkable, as she consistently delivered powerful swings both cross court and down the line. Her well-placed shots kept her opponents on their toes, while her sharp court awareness allowed her to anticipate and counter their moves effectively. Addison excelled on offense and defense, showcasing her versatility and skill. Her outstanding performance was a testament to her hard work, talent, and unwavering determination to excel in her sport.</p>     <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2024/07/IMG_2220.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-579228" /></figure>   <p>Payton was one of the first hitters to catch my attention. Her endurance stood out during fast-paced hitting drills, enabling her to execute hard attacks consistently while in transition most times. I was highly impressed with her strong approach and powerful swing from both the outside and opposite positions. During six-on-six play, I observed her in action on the right side most, where she excelled. She accumulated blocks, tallied kills, and hustled non-stop. Her volleyball IQ was evident during six-on-six matches, where she varied her attacks with hits, off-speed shots, and tips, depending on the set or block. Khaila is one of those players you can count on to score when you really need it because she plays smart and adapts quickly to changing situations on the court. She demonstrated strong passing skills and hustle while in the back row, maintaining high energy throughout the event. Her ability to communicate well with teammates further enhanced her performance.
