There was a talented group of 2026 prospects that took part in the 2024 Michigan Stock Up Showcase on Sunday in Pontiac.

We will be sure to get to them all throughout the week.

Let's wrap things up with the final collection of players in Part 5.

[player_tooltip player_id='586761' first='Alexis' last='Carper'], OH/MH Roscommon/CM Elite

[player_tooltip player_id='586761' first='Alexis' last='Carper']

A multi-sport talent, Carper is a prospect that found another gear when the scrimmages started. She looked good in drills and showed a nice mixture of shots, but she really turned it up another level when she got to go head-to-head with everyone else. She wasn't backing down and held her own when it came to power swings and blocking. She could be a player that could take over in Northern Michigan this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='586774' first='Kylie' last='Traver'], OH/DS Roscommon/Michigan Elite

Carper's prep teammate, Traver, was a nice combo player that exceled as a defender, but showed she can put the ball down herself with a nice lift off the ground. She times up her swing well and her sense of timing also carries over into her defensive play. Traver had very active feet in the back row and was aggressive in her pursuit of the ball, trying to keep up the tempo for her offensive teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='586773' first='Kianna' last='McKinney'], DS/L Madison/Legacy

McKinney had a knack for being in great positioning on a power swing and being able to keep it off the floor. She took on all the big hitters and came out on the winning end on multiple occasions. She didn't show any fear throughout the showcase. Even when she wasn't able to come through with a dig, McKinney was ready to try again on the next rep.

[player_tooltip player_id='559537' first='Kamari' last='Robinson'], DS/L Wayne Memorial/Legacy

Robinson probably felt a little intimated as a 5'3” defender staring down some of these 6-foot powerhouse swingers, but she didn't show in her body language or reactions on the court. She had the quickness to track down a lot of the swings and put a good effort in to get under as many as she could. As she keeps getting the pressure reps, her timing and instincts will start to take over more often.

[player_tooltip player_id='586437' first='Madalin' last='Hersman'], OH/DS FH Northern/Legacy

[player_tooltip player_id='586437' first='Madalin' last='Hersman']

Hersman is a 5'10” prospect that has been making good strides as a hitter while also being well-versed as a defender. Her serve receive was among the best at the showcase and her ability to get low to the ground despite being a longer defender was impressive. Hersman showed that she can finish at the net and also in the back row. Her back-row attacks had a lot of velocity and could challenge defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id='586762' first='Alexis' last='Warrington'], OH/DS John Glenn/Dynamite

Warrington is another hitter with a strong defensive foundation. She's got a nice, upright swing that was steady and competitive with a lot of her peers in the showcase. Defensively, Warrington shows good instincts and a willingness to challenge herself to get a tough ball. She moves well around the court and has a good sense for where the play is developing.

[player_tooltip player_id='586821' first='Tatum' last='Deidrick'], DS/L Wellington/[program_tooltip program_id='431717' first='Spirit' last='VBC']

Deidrick was another Mighty Mouse of the defensive group. The 5'2” Ohio prospect looked eager to challenge herself on Sunday against a crop of Michigan hitters and she did just that. She was a defender that got better as the showcase went on. She felt out the speed and tempo of things and then turned up her play another level by showcasing a lot of quickness in the back row. She had a great first step when approaching the ball.
