About Frankie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive with a smile on my face! Very positive, encouraging and doing whatever I can to make my team members succeed. As a setter, I set the tone of the strategy and focus of the coaching staff.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My personality has been described as glitter. My job is to make each player on my team better. To celebrate the wins but more importantly to stay calm, strategic and positive when we are down. I truly love the sport and strategy of volleyball, and my goal is to always play with joy.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently a High School Ambassador for an organization called Pink Ribbon Good https://www.pinkribbongood.org/ I work with this organization as a liasion between them and the High School raising awareness and funds. Organizing Pink Ribbon sporting events. I am a scholarship recipient of Find Your Brillance McNicholas High School. This scholarship is granted by writing and an interview.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed strong leadership and teamwork skills on and off the court. As noted above with my work with PRG. I also worked and led a HOPE squad to help kids with mental health and anti-bullying.

What type of college are you looking for?

One that aligns with my values and future aspirations as a writer.
