About Zoe

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a put-it-all-out-there-on-the-court player. I strive to be a leader and look to my teammates for support and motivation.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a high energy player who thrives in high intensity environments. I am loud and have a ton of fun on the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am on honor roll. I am a part of black student union and help facilitate a suicide awareness group for young children.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have worked on developing my leadership skills, while being on varsity as a freshman and sophomore and observing how my older teammates exhibit positive leadership qualities. I al a part of Link Crew, which focuses on mentoring incoming freshman. I also am the oldest of my siblings and I work hard to be a good role model for them.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have a pragmatic speech disorder which makes social interactions more challenging for me. I have to be really intentional about listening and asking questions with my teammates and coaches to be sure I understand things correctly.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am interested in going to a smaller college with a good film program.
