About Keely

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a player I feel like I usually have high energy and am always trying and looking to make sure my teammates are in the right mindset with also keeping myself in a good mindset so nothing gets reflected off. I always try my hardest to play with confidence while also staying humble and playing aggressive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Maintaining a positive mindset no matter what the situation is, staying motivated and on top of things, I’m always looking to better myself whether that’s in sports or just life in general so any sort of feedback from others really helps my mental game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently in student council and am looking to join in the national honor society when that time comes. I’ve also been awarded in the superior honor roll every quarter and have been nominated in our top 20 with helping out other classmates

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

One of the skills that I’ve devolved is learning that being coach able is one of the most difficult yet rewarding experiences in volleyball and I’ve realized the importance of lifting other players up and staying positive

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in volleyball is when I first started playing I was always super hard on myself but I feel like as I’ve played more I’ve been a lot better at shaking it off.

Alleman is a quick middle with a solid vertical and a lightening fast swing. Combine that with her ability to read the ball and run the net well and you have a highly effective middle on both offense and defense. Alleman is going to be one to keep tabs on this club season as I anticipate her to have a breakout year.
