About Maricelys

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I describe myself as an independent and reliable player on the court, with the ability to handle and make decisions on tough plays. Whether the ball came from a strong attack or a less than perfect pass, I always find a way to turn the play into a positive one. I work hard to have exceptional ball control to consistently allow my teammates to have the best possible position to score.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I consider myself a player with an open mindset to improve and always learn to study my plays and those of my teammates to improve and see what my team needs. I consider myself a positive player no matter the situation, persevering, humble, always grateful for every opportunity.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Honnor Roll 2023-present Honnor Veterinary Program with high GPA Varsity High School Volleyball best player 2024

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Community service I serve in my church and youth group helping those most in need with food and basic necessities.
