A DII all-Ohio selection last season, Decker has been a juggernaut of a scorer for Wadsworth throughout her career. After three varsity seasons, she enters 2025 with 1,035 total kills and a 4.1 k/s average. Her 2024 numbers were her best as she terminated 452 kills for a 5.s k/s clip and a career high .356 efficiency. Add in 10 digs per match over the past two seasons and Wadsworth has a complete athlete in Decker. Her fluid attacking mechanics create good range in her ability to spray the ball around the opponent’s court while swinging through tempo and varied attack points. Decker is committed to Robert Morris.
