College Exposure:
At Prep Dig, our mission is to be a platform for visibility for all of those athletes – college bound prospects at all levels. The Top 250 Expos embody that mission and bring it to life, giving prospects at all levels an opportunity to showcase their skills in front of local college coaches as well as our team of evaluators.
The Expo is not held during an NCAA live period, so Division 1 coaches are not allowed to attend. We have more than 100 colleges that have subscribed and as writers we are in contact with coaches about players.
Time to Hit the Road
Once the club season starts the miles start to add up very quickly. Teams across Badger Region will travel to Louisville, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Orlando, and many more locations for tournaments. The majority of the participants of the Wisconsin Top 250 expo will drive less than an hour to the Milwaukee Sting Center. However, we have found ourselves some athletes beyond committed to get a great opportunity to showcase their talents before tournaments begin. There are 7 players that attend high school that is at least 140 miles away.

I can go the Distance
I may have grown up where Disney VHS tapes lined the walls of our play room. Hercules came to mind as I struggled to be “creative” in describing the many miles this participant has to travel. This next athlete is officially making the longest trek to attend our Wisconsin Top 250 Expo with a 214 mile drive to the Milwaukee Sting Center.
Meghan Scholz – Class of 2023 – Tomahawk High School 214 miles – Middle

Meghan became a major contributor day one as a freshman. She finished 3rd in kills with 148 while hitting an impressive .291 on the year. Scholz also led team in total blocks with 58. The Hatchets are graduating their top two offensive weapons in Natalie Zastrow and Mady Hansen but Meghan has already proven she is ready to take on varsity competition across the state.
