The 2027 Rankings have been updated!

This fall was the start of what will be a huge year for the Class of 2027. Many of the classes top prospects emerged as big power players in the high school space and proved to be game chagers in their respective programs. Exiting the fall, and entering the winter, this marks the beginning of a huge recruiting year for the class. A mere six months and 15 days stand between these players and the opening of the all important June 15th date.

Take a look below at the latest update alongside some of the biggest stock risers and new names!

Stock Risers

[player_tooltip player_id='454351' first='Mallory' last='Johnson'] - Byron Center/FaR Out

You really can't give enough love to a libero that makes as much of an impact on the game as [player_tooltip player_id='454351' first='Mallory' last='Johnson'] does. For someone so young in her career, Johnson plays well beyond her age. Her maturity on the court in terms of leadership and IQ is incredible. It is arguably second to none in this class.

[player_tooltip player_id='442994' first='Makayla' last='Naves'] - Davison/Legacy

[player_tooltip player_id='442994' first='Makayla' last='Naves'] is fully in her libero era and we're absolutely here for it. This player is just so athletic and oozes so much potential on the court. Her ability to hone in on the position in both high school and club will only further her development. Quick, scrappy and full of energy, Naves is a lot of fun to catch in action.

[player_tooltip player_id='467951' first='Rylee' last='Paddock'] - Jenison/FaR Out

We've seen this player take center stage as a libero and as an outside. At either position, [player_tooltip player_id='467951' first='Rylee' last='Paddock'] seems to just thrive. It is her ball control that makes her such an impossible player to remove from the court. She was an integral part for Jenison's highly touted squad this fall and she'll be an even more important piece to the puzzle with her FaR Out team.

Names to Know

[player_tooltip player_id='442971' first='Brenna' last='Mirovsky'] - Oxford/Michigan Elite

This player has forever been listed as a setter, and she is a dang good one at that, however I think we're starting to see an exciting shift in positions here soon. [player_tooltip player_id='442971' first='Brenna' last='Mirovsky'], known for some great ownership at the setter position, has also been well-complimented in her defensive play. Her coming club team finds themselves with an opening at the libero position that could be hers for the taking. Don't be shocked to see her rock that role.

[player_tooltip player_id='442980' first='Gabby' last='Lavoie'] - Northville/L2

[player_tooltip player_id='442980' first='Gabby' last='Lavoie'] has continued to grow in the defensive space and this fall was a rather breakout for the sophomore. In Northville's legendary run to the title match in Kellogg Arena, they looked upon this underclassman to do the unthinkable. Serve them back from 3-9 in the fifth set of the Regional Semifinals. As she did, it was truly a cherry on top of the season Lavoie found herself having. I look to see her have huge gains on the court going forward in club as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='523872' first='Anika' last='Jaroszewski'] - Plymouth Christian/Michigan Elite

While this player had to sit out the entirety of the fall due to transfer rule regulations, the bit that we did get to see of her in club and in exhibition matches this fall were exciting. [player_tooltip player_id='523872' first='Anika' last='Jaroszewski'] reminds me a lot of a [player_tooltip player_id='226897' first='Charlotte' last='Gramzow'] in the Class of 2026. Super long, a great reader of the offense and a developing prospect. With a full season in the PCA gym under her belt, I am very excited to see what Jaroszewski has cooking up this club season.
