How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I like to work anytime i’m free to help myself get better at this sport that i love. I am very outgoing and i love being active.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I attend NAACP at my school, and we go in and help/donate to homeless people and homeless shelters, we also help around the community a lot as well.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes! I came into high school season as a 13 year old being a setter and got switched to and OH with no experience at all what so ever, and i worked so hard to get a place on the varsity roster, and all the work paid off i started varsity!

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that supports me, has a good program just overall, nice girls that are welcoming and willing to work together as a team, and coaching staff that can help me grow better during my journey.

Barksdale (pictured) had an outstanding season for the Devils in the fall. She is tough on go routes. She can smack the ball to different parts of the court and find different ways to tap balls off blockers and to open parts of the court. Barksdale also makes nice first passes then quickly transitions to offense and is a sound server. Barksdale had 313 kills, 152 digs and 39 aces for Owensboro this past fall.
