About Alexis

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive! I love to play sports and have a drive in me that turns up when on the court or field. I will go above and beyond on any play to make sure the team succeeds.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Off Court - very quiet and reserved. I am a happy person and like to have fun, but tend to keep to a close group of friends. On Court - outgoing and hardworking!! Being on the court or field is where I find my inner beast.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

In 9th grade at the moment and in a Food, Consumer Science club. I will be working more with local non profits as the years progress.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I suffer from ADHD and anxiety. These have been hurdles to make myself available to teammates when on a new team. I am very reserved and quiet off court, until I feel comfortable. When I am on the court or field for any sport - I open up and my love of being an athlete powers through to communicate and be a good teammate.

What type of college are you looking for?

As I am not sure of what my future holds for a career, I do want to attend a college that I can be involved in athletics. I would prefer to be playing, and would be interested in playing more than one sport. If that means a smaller, closer college, or starting at 2 year college, that is fine. I want to play competitively for as long as I can, so I am open to whatever will be offered.
