The 2025 Triple Crown NIT is set to be one of the most competitive volleyball tournaments in the country, bringing together over 670 teams, 7,000 athletes, and 800 college coaches for a high-stakes weekend of elite competition. In my opinion, it's the most important recruiting event of the year.
But before the tournament action begins, Friday night presents a golden opportunity for athletes to sharpen their skills, gain early exposure, and connect with college coaches at some of the most prestigious pre-tournament events. From elite college-run camps to exclusive invite-only showcases, this is where top recruits get a head start.
For college coaches, these Friday night events offer a controlled environment to evaluate athletes before the intensity of Triple Crown NIT begins. Players who stand out during these camps and training sessions can catch the attention of recruiters early, setting the stage for a strong recruiting weekend.
