About Brittin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game play on the court is energetic, competitive, uplifting and supportive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I believe I am a positive and encouraging person, always working to lift my team and be a positive player.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received: knowledge bowl awards, academic awards, and student council awards. I am in Peer helpers, Leo’s, knowledge bowl, My schools leadership team, and Youth In action.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed many skills including: being a leader, as I am one of the youth in action leaders, being part of Youth in action I help with community service, I do highway clean up and go to the local nursing home to play games with the residents.I volunteer at our local VFW. I work well with anyone in any atmosphere. And I love getting better at the things I do.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many challenges one including, being harassed and bullied in my math class. I chose to preserve and stand up for myself by kindly asking them to stop, and when they continued to bully me, I then advocated for myself, with the principle , assistant principal and school counselor to be able to take my math class independently.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with a strong nursing program, or radiology program as I am looking at becoming a BSN RN or ultrasound technician.
