About Braelyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I feel I have a positive presence on and off the court, always encouraging my teammates. I also have a solid foundation of skill, which help me adapt to any position I need to go out and play on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m all positive. If I’m playing a game, no matter what I’m thinking, it doesn't show in my face. I encourage my teammates and make it a point that no one feels bad playing with me. I also have a quick recovery, next point mentality.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

My other sports include basketball(recent undefeated season, starter), JV golf, tennis, track. Some clubs include Student Council(social media manager, 2 years), Show Choir, and Mathletes.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I would like to think I’m a leader, I think between all my sports I help encourage the people around me to work harder and preform better. I’m involved in multiple community service, such at Landon’s Light, and try to encourage other to join me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I would say my biggest challenge is my age. I am always the youngest person in my grade/age group, with some lower class men even being older than me. This really has been a disadvantage in my younger years when people are developing so much.

What type of college are you looking for?

Until I focus in on a major, I am just looking for support through my academics and athletics, which will help set me up for future endeavors.
