I especially like her movement off the net to keep her action efficient so she can extend and locate to both pins. </p>

The lefty is aggressive in her offensive action with good athleticism and ability to swing with big force behind the ball from different locations across the net. Defensively, she has a career average of 2.2 b/m while also increasing her back row effort in 2024 at over six digs per match. </p>

She moves her feet well to track the ball in serve receive while creating simple angles to get their offense moving. Haynes competes for Williamstown High School in West Virginia.</p>

That space allows her to control the ball around the edges of the block to put pressure on the wing defenders across the net. With over 300 total kills for Cambridge, she led their offense in 2024 at 3.0 k/s.</p>
