Griess has always been a stout defensive specialist, but her leadership skills have flourished in this year's 17s campaign. She turns tough digs into transition opportunities and takes so much pressure off her fellow passers. Her role with Papio South has also expanded while the Titans have continued to rack up championships. She has a knack for putting away out-of-system swings on the pin and has incorporated a wicked cut shot into her repertoire.
