Use code “EllisDig2025” to get $10 off your registration.*</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Northern Michigan has been showing a lot of talent that excels in pressure moments.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the Class of 2026, there's six that have all looked like they will be in line for big senior seasons next fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='586761' first='Alexis' last='Carper'], OH Roscommon/LHVBA</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Carper can play anywhere along the net, but what one of her biggest strengths is is her ability to stay within herself. Carper makes the most of each opportunity by making the smart play while still being able to bring a level of aggressiveness to everything she does. When she gets a clean feed, she's got great power. When out-of-system, she still challenges the defense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='400074' first='Sable' last='Dankers'], MB/RS TC Central/Northshore</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Dankers is a 6-foot hitters with a nice arching swing that she has used to be successful in the middle or on the right side. Dankers has also come through in pressure situations, wanting the ball coming her way when it has to get put away. That confidence and aggression should bode well for her in her senior season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='261147' first='Emma' last='Flick'], DS/L TC West/Northshore</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Flick has been one of the most energetic defenders in the state. She's a tireless player that leaves it all on the floor and plays with a lot of confidence. Flick is someone that can take command and put her teammates in good position. Expect a big senior season out of her in the fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='226903' first='Reese' last='Jones'], S TC St. Francis/Northshore</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jones did a great job of helping St. Francis reach another state finals appearance last fall. She spread the ball out well to the Gladiators' wide array of hitters. She's showing improving location and touch and looks more comfortable during the long rallies. That experience last fall could do a lot for her entering her senior year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='490342' first='Sidney' last='Richmond'], DS/L TC Central/FaR Out</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Richmond has had a nice club season, adding a lot of attention to detail to her play. Richmond looks very much in control and has improved on her communication skills to direct the traffic. Her awareness allows her to make some very difficult digs look relatively easy. She's also a big asset for an out-of-system offense to still get hitters balls they can take a hard swing at.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='220968' first='Quinn' last='Yenshaw'], OH TC St. Francis/FaR Out</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Yenshaw is a talented 6-foot outside that is displaying an improved all-around game this club season. Already a consistent finisher on the pins, Yenshaw is playing very smooth defensively and looking like a reliable defensive option for her squads. She can also put the ball away from the back row at a solid rate.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
