The 2025 NCVA Power League 15U Championships brought together more than 125 teams at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento for a final shot at closing out the season strong. And they came ready to compete.   This event delivered fast-paced matchups, confident playmakers, and athletes who consistently rose to the occasion. I moved from court to court with intention, looking for the players who showed something special every time the ball was in play.   College coaches, if you are building your Nationals watch list or sending out camp invitations, these are the athletes you need to know.    [player_tooltip player_id='775535' first='Caylin' last='Thomas'] brings high-level urgency and precision to the libero position, constantly reading the play and responding with speed and confidence. She covers ground quickly, never giving up on a ball, and her ability to stay balanced while defending makes her a dependable anchor in the back row. Caylin's serve adds another layer to her game, consistently challenging opponents and putting them on the defensive early. Her presence on the court elevates the tempo and sets a competitive tone for her team. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247     [player_tooltip player_id='771845' first='Izabela' last='Markiel'] is a composed and intelligent outside hitter who makes smart decisions at the net. She understands how to read the defense and chooses her shots with purpose, mixing power and placement to keep blockers off balance.
