New Additions: Five 2028 Talents Set To Debut In Rankings

She is a potential six-rotation athlete around whom a roster can be built. She will debut in the rankings next week after a season in which she recorded 212 kills and 183 digs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='776446' first='Townsley' last='Huff']</strong>, 5'10”, MB/OH, Central Christian, ‘28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Central Christian's Huff will be joining the rankings. She played just 47 varsity sets as a freshman, but collected 45 kills, 16 blocks, and 35 aces during her limited action. She has a big reach and at 5-foot-10 has the natural height to be a difference-maker at the net.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='776442' first='Paige' last='Owens']</strong>, 5'5”, OH, Gardner-Edgerton, '28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Owens took full advantage of the 94 sets she played as a freshman for the Trailblazers. She recorded 75 kills, 69 digs, and an impressive 56 aces. Her playing time and role on the squad should increase during her sophomore season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='776443' first='Brenlynn' last='Rath'], </strong>5'5”, OH, Golden Plains, '28</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rath parlayed a solid freshman season for the Bulldogs into a debut in the 2028 rankings.
