Mentor finished 22-6 overall, unbeaten in conference play, and as the Ohio Division I state runner-up. Garrett was the team leader defensively with 343 total digs and a 13.7 d/m average. She played some of her best ball late in the postseason, which included performances of 26 and 28 digs in consecutive matches for a 7.7 d/m average to help the Cardinals arrive at the final weekend of the season.
