Her current production continues a pattern from her first two varsity seasons, when she developed into both a major attacking option and a high-volume serve-receive player for River Ridge.

That history matters because it shows a pin accustomed to doing more than finishing sets. Blakely has already experienced what happens when opponents recognize her as a primary option, and continuing to improve under that attention requires patience and shot selection. The best outside hitters learn when to challenge the defense and when to use it—finding hands, changing pace or producing a controlled swing that keeps the rally alive. Blakely gave A5 16-Stephen a reliable attacking option throughout one of Georgia’s strongest 16U performances. She brings confidence to the left pin and has the ability to score in both system and transition. Her willingness to take big swings while staying composed helped A5 maintain pressure against national-level opponents. Blakely demonstrates solid attacking mechanics and does a good job adjusting to the tempo of the offense. She keeps good shoulder positioning during contact and shows awareness of defensive gaps.
