VCN 18 Elite went 6-3 and finished number 34th overall. They beat EC Power KOP 18N-Royal (KE), WAVE 18 Kevin (SC), THR33 SJVC 18 National (HA), AVC CLE Rox 18 Red (OV), Club V 18 Ren Reed (IM), and KC POWER 18-1 (HA). Taking a look at the match against KC Power VCN went to 3 with scores of 29-27, 13-25 and 15-11. Whitney Lauenstein (Nebraska) contributed 15 kills, Bekka Allick (Nebraska) 5 kills, Kylen Sealock (uncommitted) 2 kills and Carly Rodaway (Fort Hays State) 5 kills. I saw great serving by Elise Gilroy, and of course, Kalynn Meyer (Nebraska) is so good on the slide behind the setting of Annika Evans (Nebraska) and Elle Glock (USC)
VCN 17 Elite went 2-5 and placed 93rd. They had some key players missing. They beat SMASH 17’s (NE) and The Diff 17 Arete (RM). Liz Tomlin (Chattanooga) stepped into OH from libero and other adjustments were made.
VCN 16 Elite also went 2-5 and also placed 93rd. They beat Top Select 16 Elite (FL) and Elevation 16 O’Keefe (OV). Shayla Meyer and Karli Heidemann were playing solid 6-rotation volleyball. Against Elevation 16 O’keefe, Jordie Nekl had 13 digs. Karli Heidemann added 14 kills, along with 6 kills by Shayla Meyer and 6 digs by Karsen Vanscoy.
VCN 15 Elite went 2-5 and finished in 85th place.
