Please welcome Miss Caprio to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. She is currently ranked as the No. 24 overall player in the 2029 grad class. Lexi is a 5’11” right side from Timber Creek High School who competes for 1United Volleyball Club. She offers a versatile and well rounded game that allows her to contribute in multiple roles on the court. Primarily an opposite, Lexi shows a smooth and controlled attack from the right pin with the ability to score to both pins and challenge blockers. What makes her unique is her ability to step in and set when needed, giving her team added flexibility within their system. She reads the game well and makes composed decisions, especially in transition situations. Defensively, she is engaged and willing to contribute, showing that she values being a complete player. Her volleyball IQ and adaptability stand out and make her a valuable asset in a variety of lineups. Lexi continues to develop into a dependable and well rounded player with strong potential at the next level. College coaches should definitely add her name to watch lists for the future. Lexi is currently an unranked prospect in the 2029 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but that is only because we have not released them yet.  She plays for Timber Creek High School and also for the 1United volleyball club.  This talented lefty is a very versatile athlete who can play strongly at the net and also set at a very high level.  This was seen during her entire freshman campaign as she added some much needed firepower to her varsity squad.  During the showcase, her court presence and power was seen from every scout and coach who was in attendance.  It was a no-brainer to award her with this honor due to what we saw on both the offensive and defensive end of the game.  She was a strong force shutting down opposing attackers all morning long.  Offensively, I really loved how this young lady stayed aggressive during every attempt no matter where the set was aimed at.  She was able to adjust her footwork and get her hands up quickly in order to send over a strong attack to the opposition.  We all truly believe that she has the ability to be a ranked player and we will be watching very closely this season to see how she compares with the best of the state.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this showcase.

She finds the split with ease and swings with full power every time, creating problems for any defense. Her energy is constant, contagious, and elevates everyone around her. At the net, she brings a strong, disciplined press that consistently gets touches and slows down opponents. Caprio plays with confidence beyond her age and is quickly becoming a major impact player.
