Kylie Deatherage (5’9.5) is a Middle Blocker for NKYVC 17-3 Typhoon for the 2020 season. Her athletic ability, speed, and intelligence make her a weapon in the middle. While smaller for the Middle position her length and vertical allow her to dominate against other teams at the net. Deatherage is able to swing from both pins. She will return to St. Henry High School for her senior season later this year.
Nevaeh Scott (5’9) is a Middle Blocker for Union ASICS 17-1. Her hang time, length and vertical allow her to play larger than the majority of her opponents. Scott was one of the go-to weapons for the Ballard Bruins this past 2019 season and is expected to perform to the same level during club.
Makayla Green (5’9) is a Middle Blocker for MAVA 17 Elite. Green has great power and speed that enables her to swing at any set at any pace along the net. She excels in the middle due to her quick nature and thinking. Makayla will return to North Hardin to finish her high school career.
Isabella Newman (5’8) is a Middle Blocker/Outside for Tri-State Elite 17 White. With an attack reach of 9’8, she is able to swing above the majority of blocks she faces. Her versatility gives her team the opportunity to run her with different sets on every ball. Newman is a side-out factor. She will return to St. Henry later this year for her high school season.
All four middles are currently uncommitted to play on at the next level.
