About The Program
Rising Tide is committed to talent development of all players at all ages. Personal growth through sport is of the upmost importance. We acknowledge that not all athletes will have the same experience as others. It's imperative that you surround yourself with likeminded people which includes coaches, players and parents. We are in search of people who keep in the forefront of their mind why we play sports, we play to learn, grow and have fun. Only 7% of players will end up playing volleyball after high school. So, it is the whole body of work in the journey that we focus on.
