About Mackenzie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have exceptional defensive skills, ball control, and court awareness. I am able to adjust to out-of-system plays with great setting accuracy. I can cover the court for tips and blocks and use ball control to turn a broken play into an attack. I guide my backcourt through communication, organization, and leadership.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

The success of the team is what matters most to me. Trusting the players around me and watching each individual have their moments of glory is so rewarding to me as a teammate. I also thrive in high pressure moments.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned my attitude, communication, and intensity sets the team's standard. Leading by example with a strong work ethic helps my relationships with my teammates on and off the court. .

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that has a supportive culture, strong academic programs, and competitive level volleyball.
