The 2025 postseason is kicking off this week, so we continue to look back at which players had the most impact during the fall.

Here's a look at the juniors that have stepped up and put together the most blocks (stats through MaxPreps) this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='815540' first='Kyria' last='Pairolero'], Bath

The 6'3” junior has definitely found her home as one of the elite blockers in the state this fall. She has 130 blocks on the season, recording at least one in all but two matches this season. Her high was nine in a two-set win over Loy Norrix.

Marie Powers, Coldwater

This 6'3” junior crossed a major milestone with 111 blocks in the 2025 season. She was impressive as a sophomore with 85 as well. She recently went off for a 16-block performance in a five-set match with Mendon.

[player_tooltip player_id='490373' first='Kate' last='Colosky'], Portage Central

Colosky is establishing herself as one of the real impact players in the state, as she can turn a match around with her attacks or blocks. She has 92 blocks this season and surpassed 230 for her career recently. She had seven blocks in a three-set match with Gull Lake in mid-October.

[player_tooltip player_id='827359' first='Megan' last='Glass'], Hudsonville

A 5'11” middle with an eye-popping finishing rate of .475 is also a big factor at the net with her blocking. She has 88 blocks on the season thus far. Her season high was six blocks against top-ranked Rockford in October.

[player_tooltip player_id='464378' first='Ava' last='Bush-Nelson'], Jenison

A 6'1” middle that has been an impact player since she was a freshman, Bush-Nelson has 87 blocks on the season and is at 265 for her career. Recently, Bush-Nelson put up 10 blocks in a four-set match with Mona Shores last week.

Leah McCulloch, Bishop Foley

This middle from Madison Heights Bishop Foley is looking like a strong overall talent. She's posted 85 blocks on the season, highlighted by an 8-block performance against Warren Woods Tower in September.

Annelyse Schneider, Montague

A near 6-foot middle from Montague, Schneider has taken big steps forward in her game this fall with 80 blocks. Her season-high was an 8-block performance against Whitehall in a four-set match back in September.

[player_tooltip player_id='586771' first='Julia' last='Graebner'], Lake Orion

The Dragons are always coming through with talented middles and Graebner is one of them. She's got 77 blocks this fall, stepping up her production in a big way. She had six blocks in a four-set match with Rochester Adams in September.

Esther Lee, Lansing Christian

The Pilgrims have a near 6-footer that has been consistent in her play at the net this fall with 76 blocks. She's had at least one block in all but two games this year. Her high was 10 blocks last week in a four-set win over Jackson Christian.

Karsyn Klein, Manchester

Klein is only listed at 5'9”, but she can play well above the net in both phases of the game. She's got 75 blocks on the season, just recently passing 150 for her career. She's had four blocks or more in six matches this fall.

The 2025 postseason is kicking off this week, so we continue to look back at which players had the most impact during the fall.
