A national record holder and state champion in track and field, Mechenbier is an impressive athlete. A force on the basketball court as well, she found a lot of success on the volleyball floor as the top performing offensive piece for Perry. She contacts high and can put some impressive force on the ball when attacking, which led to a 3.1 k/s average during the high school season. With 246 kills in her sophomore season, Mechenbier now has 378 for her two-year varsity career along with 136 total blocks and a career average of 2.8 b/m.

A 3rd team all-Ohio selection, Mader's offense this recent fall season for Tippecanoe was impressive as they captured the DIII state championship on a 29-0 unbeaten record. Mader was terrific in the state final match as she led the match with 20 kills on a .405 efficiency in addition to 10 digs for the double-double. With 11 kills and 11 digs in the semifinal round, she finished the final weekend with an average of 4.4 k/s, ahead of her 3.5 k/s average for the season. With 80 service aces, she led the Miami Valley League in this area while finishing second overall offensively.

An OCC honorable mention selection, Damron averaged 2.0 k/s on the season this past fall while showing good promise in her game to develop into a high performing offensive threat going forward. She had a few matches with some big production, including an effort of 19 kills and 12 digs early in the season, which helped increase attention to her game with Big Walnut. She jumps well and can play six-rotations, which is a great combination for a primary pin with a couple more varsity seasons ahead.

Muether (*pictured) had a great sophomore season for New Bremen as she followed up a solid first-year effort as a veteran and primary offensive piece for the tradition-rich Cardinals. With 273 total kills, she averaged 3.1 k/s on an impressive 46% kill rate. The Cardinals' season ended in the DVI state semifinals in which Muether led the match 17 total kills. She gets off the floor with ease and can bring some good range and heat. Muether will lead a core group of good young talent back next fall when New Bremen should once again be a big favorite for another deep postseason run.

Miller had a breakout season for Old Fort as she emerged as their primary offensive option through a high volume effort. With 424 total kills on the season, she averaged 5.0 k/s along with 13.5 d/m. Earning double-figure kills in all by two matches in 2025, she has an aggressive attacking style in the air. She builds momentum well and opens her hips and shoulders to the ball in the air that allows her torque action to contribute fully to her power and range. Miller was a 2nd team all-Ohio selection in DVII, the only sophomore honored in this division.
