Senior Londyn Williams Londyn Williams OH/RS Burke County | 2027 GA currently owns the best hitting percentage on Georgia’s statewide MaxPreps page at .523, and she recently led Burke County with 11 kills in a sweep of Hephzibah during the Bears’ unbeaten run. MaxPreps.com
Efficiency can be misleading without context, but it can also tell us a lot about decision-making. Londyn isn’t simply producing points; she’s doing so without giving many possessions back. That usually comes from understanding when to attack aggressively and when not to force a low-percentage ball.
What I’d want to continue examining is how that efficiency looks against stronger blocks and faster defenses. Can she maintain the same decision-making when the easy seam disappears? The season has created an interesting case because efficiency at this level is significant enough that it deserves film context rather than dismissal. ~ S.Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga
