How long have you been setting, and what made you fall in love with the position?

I’ve been setting for a few years now, and I fell in love with the position because I love being a leader on the court and helping my teammates succeed. I also love how fast-paced and competitive it is, and how much communication and trust it takes.

What goals do you have for yourself going into high school?

Going into high school, my goals are to continue growing as both a player and a teammate, work hard academically, and hopefully play volleyball at a high level throughout high school. I also want to keep improving my confidence and leadership skills on and off the court.

Are there any setters you look up to?

There are so many amazing setters like Bergen Reilly, I look up to because of their leadership, court awareness, and creativity. I especially admire setters who stay calm under pressure and make their teammates better.

What high school will you be attending next year?

I will be attending Coronado High School next year!
