With a solid core returning this season, Rand is back and contributing well as part of their trio of leading offensive threats. The later half of the 2026 season has been one filled with more consistency as she has averaged 3.0 k/s over the Lions’ last seven matches.

Rand is one of the arms that has been displaying good effort as an outside hitter, At 5’7, she has been swinging with purpose in how she controls her contact and force on the ball that can cause fits for opposing defenses. Her movement in placement and pace adjustments can drive the ball aggressively or find open space when she takes some of the force off her swing. She also contributes in the ball control and defensive areas as this team scraps well to keep the ball off the floor and create more opportunities offensively.
