Everybody loves a good rankings story- so new for the 2025-26 season, we are presenting the Top 10 Volleyball Clubs in Oklahoma. Rankings are inherently subjective, but in the spirit of transparency- here are the criteria we used to determine our rankings: By far the most important factor is performance. The most competitive clubs top to bottom will be found at the top of the rankings. For performance we considered both peak (top teams) as well as depth (number of high performing teams). After performance, club size/number of teams, was the largest factor. We also considered longevity and club perception/culture. Be on the lookout for the rest of the Top 10!

Virago's position in the rankings is the result of consistent club growth and development in its relatively short existence. While still a notch below the top tier of clubs in terms of across the board elite performance- Virago consistently produces solid teams at every age group, with a couple age groups each year that are capable of getting wins against their top tier Tulsa area rivals- such as their 2025 14 Elite team's 3rd place finish at OKRVA Rankings last season. Virago has kept a core group of talented coaches- particularly amongst their 1's teams- which has allowed them to maintain consistent performance and growth each year. Virago is also known for being able to balance their family focused culture, even as they pursue elite level production on the court.

5 Players to Watch this Season:

Hannah Brem – OH, 13 Elite

Hannah is one of several very talented players on Virago 13 Elite. This team will serve as a great building block for Virago in the future. Hannah showed a ton of potential this school season, playing all the way up on her freshman team at Union. Hannah is a well rounded player- adept at serve receive, as well as being an aggressive hitter on the outside.

[player_tooltip player_id='939430' first='Emily' last='Marshall'] – OH, 14 Elite

Emily is a name to keep an eye on as she progresses. She possesses a level of competitiveness that is hard to find these days- she wants to win, and wants to be the best. Despite not being particularly tall- she has excelled playing outside for 14 Elite this season. Her experience at the DS position make her an asset playing all 6 rotations- and her high vertical more than make up for her size on the front row.

[player_tooltip player_id='919281' first='Karis' last='Pratt'] – OH/DS, 15 Elite

Another hard working player, Karis's well-rounded game makes her so valuable to 15 Elite. She is an elite server, serve receiver, and defensive player. She is also getting more and more proficient hitting outside, as she gains more experience. Her serve receive is so critical to the 2 person SR that 15 Elite employs that it's nearly impossible to take Karis off the court. Her uber aggressive jump serve scores points for her team, and keeps their opponents in tough positions offensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='750430' first='Judah' last='Pratt'] – MB, 16 Elite

Big sister, literally and figuratively to Karis, Judah leaves her mark on the game as well- just in a completely different aspect of volleyball. Over 6' tall, with elite lateral quickness- Judah is exactly what you want in a middle blocker. In her second season with Virago, Judah is picking right back up where she left off after leading last year's 15 Elite in blocks and kills. Leading a team in kills from the middle blocker position is a tough task- but it speaks to not only how efficient Judah is- but also how hard she works in transition. Pratt is always making herself available, and hits a variety of sets well- keeping herself involved in the offense as much as possible.

[player_tooltip player_id='931311' first='Asia' last='Ianes'] – OH, 17 Elite

Unfortunately for Virago, Asia will only be part of the club for one season. A foreign exchange student, all the way from Italy, Asia brings a ton of offensive firepower to 17 Elite. She is lightning quick, not only in her transition and approach, but her arm-swing. She is able to hit down the line with ease- using her top tier athleticism. She also has several off-speed shots at her disposal- which make her a nightmare for opposing defenses to keep up with. She is an above average blocker for the position, and has a consistent jump serve.
