Forsha (pictured) has turned into a reliable hitter and passer in many ways for the Cougars. Forsha can rise up, see the defensive positioning, then make the necessary adjustments to put balls down. Forsha has tough crosses and line shots, mixed in with soft shots from the front and back rows. Forsha gets on top of balls and smacks them to the ground with authority. Forsha uses her vertical to also make things happen defensively. Forsha had 275 kills and 134 digs in the fall, helping Goodpasture go 22-10 on the season.
