Belitz Round 2 of the 2020 Nebraska Prep Dig Team Series starts off in the Stivrins Regional. Round 1 offered a 2019 summary, a 2020 outlook, and player information. Jordie lettered at Shelby/Rising City last season and plays club volleyball for VCNebraska 16 Elite. As the Prep Dig 61st ranked player in the class of 2022, the 5’6 outside hitter/libero has made headlines for some time. I love my teammates and they are truly my best friends. We have a new girl, [player_tooltip player_id="58803" first="Jordie" last="Nekl"], in my grade coming from Shelby Rising City. I am so excited for her to join our team! Junior 5’11 MH [player_tooltip player_id="58814" first="Mallori" last="Kucera"] (another transfer in after her freshman season at David City Aquinas) - Our connection on the court as a team is like no other because we have an amazing family bond. This year we are getting a new player to our team and she is going to be a Junior, her name is [player_tooltip player_id="58803" first="Jordie" last="Nekl"] and I am more than excited to have her join our squad. Senior 5-8 Setter [player_tooltip player_id="58251" first="Reese" last="Janssen"] - We are all very close and a tight-knit group. we get along very well and push each other to do their best. we consider ourselves a family rather than a team. [player_tooltip player_id="58803" first="Jordie" last="Nekl"] is transferring to Lakeview next year and I am super excited to meet her and get to work, bond, and play volleyball with her. Junior 5’5 Libero/DS [player_tooltip player_id="103106" first="Saylor" last="Eberhart"] - Our team will be mostly the same players as last year, so we have a pretty good bond already. I’m super excited to have another defensive player on our team. As the Vikings graduated two seniors in 2019, Jordie will join a strong junior class. Jordie looks to fit into the game plan perfectly!
