When first contact is controlled and targetable, setters can run full systems — quicks stay live, pins stay one-on-one, and transition becomes a weapon instead of a recovery. At every level of the game, especially as athletes project forward, the ability to stabilize serve receive under pressure is what separates good teams from dangerous ones.
