As we move into Round 9 the emphasis is upon non-metro are prospects. With the depth of talent significant within the greater Twin Cities metro area, we cannot forget that the talent pool in this state extends far and wide. These eight selections represent some of the best athleticism, physicality, skill, and high school programs Minnesota has to offer.

[player_tooltip player_id="72762" first="Natalee" last="Rolbiecki"] - 2022 | 5'9 | OH/MB | Minneota
Rolbiecki is a proven competitor as she has some of the best high school experience of anyone drafted to these eight rosters. She has been a key element in the Minneota dominance over the past few years and will return as the veteran leader in just her junior year. With other key personnel returning, Minneota should certainly be among the favorites for another state title at the start of the season. An all-state selection, Rolbiecki has great volleyball I.Q. and a versatile skill set to contribute well in just about every facet of the game. She can swing aggressively on the pin and in the middle while also providing great defense at the net and in the back row. She is fun to watch and rallies her team around her to compete with great execution and confidence.

[player_tooltip player_id="72766" first="Maddie" last="Converse"] - 2022 | 5'10 | S | Kasson-Mantorville
A Hiawatha Valley all-conference selection in 2019, Converse has great competitive experience under her belt, which includes helping Kasson-Mantorville to the state tournament during her freshman season as the starting setter. She continues to develop into a very competent floor leader and competes with great composure. She shows good footwork around the floor and can deliver a full range of offense with good location and decision-making. Converse and her team should be very competitive again in 2020 as they return skill and experience that represent the Komets' standard of winning well.

[player_tooltip player_id="29784" first="Bailey" last="Olson"] - 2021 | 5'11 | OH | Willmar
Olson has seen her stock rise well over the course of the past year. She competed well for Willmar in 2019 and transitioned that experience into the club season, contributing well to the great competitiveness of her [program_tooltip program_id='429186' first='Kandi' last='Elite'] U17 team. She has great athleticism and plays the left side role with an aggressive mindset. She jumps well and has good arm control to score points as a primary offensive option. Willmar returns a great group for 2020 and should be among the best big school programs from the west side of the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="58028" first="Karsee" last="Kampsen"] - 2021 | 5'6 | S | Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa
Kampsen is set to conclude her high school career in 2020 as one of the most accomplished players in this class and looks to lead her team back to the state tournament. She has amassed incredible numbers at BBE as their setter and floor leader over past seasons while earning many post-season accolades, including being a repeat selection to the West Central all-area team. She is athletic and her presence on the floor is much bigger than her 5'6 frame. She gets her hitters involved well and puts them in position to be successful throughout their system while also making big contributions from the service line and defensively. Kampsen has one final year of her illustrious high school career and we are excited to see just how much more she can contribute.

[player_tooltip player_id="71952" first="Jolie" last="Stecher"] - 2021 | 5'11 | OH/MB | Stewartville
Stecher is another stock riser over the past several months dating back to Stewartville's 2019 class 2A state championship run. She is a great athlete and has a well-rounded skill set to contribute in a variety of ways. Offensively she shows good approach movement and has developed timing to be able to score on the pin and in the middle. Stecher can also pass the ball, which adds to the depth of offensive variety and quality that Stewartville can create throughout their roster. Defensively she has the tools to play in the back row and does well in her opportunities to put up a block that can disrupt opposing attackers. Look for Stecher's role to increase even more with the departure of a key offensive element to graduation. She is very capable of filling those shoes and helping the Tigers stay among the state's best in 2020.

[player_tooltip player_id="58844" first="Hannah" last="Reichensperger"] - 2022 | 6'1 | MB | Northeast Range
Some of the best physicality in the 2022 class can be seen in the play of Reichensperger. An Arrowhead all-conference selection, she can score with authority from the middle position. She understands play development and tracks the ball to create the timing and spacing needed for her arm to do its work upon elevation. She opens well to her setter, which allows for attack with great heat and pace that is difficult to slow down. She is explosive with her elevation both offensively and in filling up a lot of space above the net when blocking. One of the best athletes outside the metro area, she will be fun to watch as she continues through her prep career.

[player_tooltip player_id="71961" first="Jaidyn" last="Brower"] - 2021 | 5'9 | S | Stewartville
Brower is one of the most effective setters for any high school team in the state. The veteran floor leader for Stewartville has done a terrific job over the past couple of seasons in distributing one of the most high powered offenses. This includes a march through the 2019 season highly touted as the favorite in class 2A and helping to deliver on that recognition in dishing the Tigers to the state title. Not only has Brower been able to involve the heavy arms that have highlighted Stewartville's offense in recent seasons, she has been able to balance their work load by including others to help grow the range of their point scoring. She has good quickness, can set the full range of the floor, and is athletic enough at 5'9 to be able to establish a good block. She will lead Stewartville for one more season as they should enter the season as one of the favorites once again.

[player_tooltip player_id="71960" first="Sacia" last="Vanderpool"] - 2021 | 6'4 | MB | Byron
A recent Big10 commit for basketball, this future Wisconsin Badger has great presence on the volleyball court as well. As her height and length are a big asset, she also is athletic and physical at the net. She uses her size well to create advantages both attacking and blocking. She can create a high contact point and has good arm skills to generate power and movement when she swings, which includes ability to score on the pins as well. Defensively, she has good mobility to get to hitters quickly and put up a big block. She creates a great corps of middles for this Team Pink roster with each bringing a different style of play and some versatility that creates a variety of offensive dimension at that position.
