Deven Tilley Deven Tilley 5'11" | RS/S Carlsbad | 2031 CA plays multiple roles and treats leadership as something built through communication, not volume. She loves both hitting and setting, and she stays constantly locked in with her teammates on the court, working to lead through consistent talk rather than just physical plays. She describes herself as very focused but someone who also knows how to have fun off the court, a balance that shows up in how she approaches every rep. Outside of volleyball, she loves to cook, another outlet for the same attention to detail she brings to her game.
