Texas 2029 State Ranking New Additions Vol 18

The State Rankings release is here!!! We have unveiled the top 67 players in this first publishing of the 2029 class. This series of articles is to introduce them to our readers and every college coach in the country. We have been watching the 2029 class very closely throughout the entire club & high school season. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.    Please welcome Miss Alonzo to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. She is currently ranked as the No. 52 overall player in the 2029 grad class. Collins is a 5'6” libero from Southlake Carroll High School who competes for Dallas Skyline Volleyball Club. She shows the ability to handle a high volume of touches without losing consistency while passing serve and playing defense. Collins reads the game well and positions herself in a way that allows her to control the tempo of the first contact. Her passing stands out as a strength, consistently putting her setter in a position to run the offense. There is a smoothness to her movement that allows her to stay balanced even when plays speed up. She competes with a quiet toughness and does the small things that help her team stay organized defensively. Over time, that reliability becomes a major asset in close matches. Collins continues to show the qualities of a dependable libero at a high level. Please help us congratulate her on earning this well deserved recognition.     Please welcome [player_tooltip player_id='776937' first='Ella' last='McNeal'] to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. She is currently ranked as the No. 53 overall player in the 2029 grad class. Ella is a superb athlete as a 5'10” setter and right side from McKinney North High School who also competes for the Dallas Skyline Volleyball Club. Her ability to impact the game in multiple roles gives her a unique value that is not easy to find. Ella can comfortably run a 5-1 offense and manage the flow of the match, but she is equally capable of transitioning into a 6-2 system and remaining an offensive threat in the front row. That flexibility allows her team to stay efficient without relying heavily on substitutions. When setting, she delivers a hittable ball and shows a good feel for distributing based on matchups. As an attacker, she is composed and finds ways to score without forcing plays. She understands the bigger picture of the game and makes decisions that benefit the team as a whole. That kind of versatility gives coaches multiple options when building a lineup. Ella is a player who can adapt and still be effective in whatever role is needed. Please welcome [player_tooltip player_id='952591' first='Rachel' last='Markell'] to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. She is currently ranked as the No. 54 overall player in the 2029 grad class. Rachel is a 5'10” middle blocker from Brandeis High School who competes for Alamo Volleyball Club. She brings a steady presence in the middle and shows a willingness to do the work that often goes unnoticed. Rachel tracks the ball well along the net and is effective at getting her hands into position to disrupt opposing hitters. Offensively, she is developing her timing and continues to become more comfortable in transition situations. There are moments where she creates momentum for her team by finishing plays or slowing down an opponent's attack. She stays engaged throughout rallies and contributes on both sides of the ball. Her game reflects a player who understands the importance of consistency and effort. As she continues to grow, those traits will allow her to expand her impact. Rachel is building into a reliable middle who can contribute in key moments. Please help us congratulate her on earning this well deserved recognition.
